Who this is for

You're certified. Maybe Open Water, maybe Advanced, maybe a hundred dives in. And somewhere along the way you noticed the gap between the diver on your card and the diver in the water: the sculling hands, the sawtooth profile, the silt cloud behind you.

Nobody teaches this after certification. That's the whole reason Sipa Diving exists.
